User Agreement

The agreement between Southeast Airlines and its pilots, applicants, and community members.

This document applies to the Southeast Airlines Virtual Airline community created by Reece McKelva and Tyler Bradham. The website, Discord bot, and EFB application are owned and developed by Tyler Bradham under SWR Entertainment. Southeast Airlines is a fictional virtual airline for flight simulation and is not affiliated with any real airline or aviation authority.

1. Your relationship with Southeast Airlines

This User Agreement describes participation in Southeast Airlines Virtual Airline, created by Reece McKelva and Tyler Bradham. It does not create employment, a partnership, agency relationship, or real-world pilot qualification between you and Tyler Bradham, under SWR Entertainment, as owner and developer of the Southeast Airlines website, Discord bot, and EFB application.

2. Your responsibilities

Keep your profile and contact details reasonably accurate.
Use only accounts and simulator software you are authorized to use.
Follow community moderation decisions, event instructions, and published operating procedures.
Report security issues, impersonation, or serious misconduct through an official channel.

3. Account action

We may review or restrict an account when needed to protect the community, investigate suspected abuse, correct records, or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and any available route for appeal.

4. Leaving the community

You can leave at any time by discontinuing participation and requesting removal of an account where applicable. Some records may remain in backups, audit logs, or aggregated statistics when retention is reasonably necessary.
