How Southeast Airlines handles information alongside the terms that govern participation.

This document applies to the Southeast Airlines Virtual Airline community created by Reece McKelva and Tyler Bradham. The website, Discord bot, and EFB application are owned and developed by Tyler Bradham under SWR Entertainment. Southeast Airlines is a fictional virtual airline for flight simulation and is not affiliated with any real airline or aviation authority.

1. Information we may receive

Depending on how you participate, we may receive information such as your name or username, pilot callsign, email address, application details, flight records, messages or reports submitted to staff, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website. We aim to collect only what is reasonably needed for community operations.

2. How information is used

To review applications and manage pilot membership.
To publish or display flight records, rankings, and community activity where the feature requires it.
To communicate operational updates, respond to requests, and moderate the community.
To maintain security, troubleshoot services, and meet legal obligations.

3. Third-party platforms

Discord, Microsoft, SimBrief, VATSIM, IVAO, hosting providers, and other linked services process information under their own policies. Review those policies before connecting an account or submitting information to them.

4. Retention and requests

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it where practical. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through an official community channel, subject to security checks and lawful retention needs.
