Rules for responsible use of the Southeast Airlines website and its materials.

This document applies to the Southeast Airlines Virtual Airline community created by Reece McKelva and Tyler Bradham. The website, Discord bot, and EFB application are owned and developed by Tyler Bradham under SWR Entertainment. Southeast Airlines is a fictional virtual airline for flight simulation and is not affiliated with any real airline or aviation authority.

1. Permitted use

You may view, download, and use public materials for personal, non-commercial flight simulation activities and for participating in Southeast Airlines. Any other use requires prior written permission from the owner or the applicable rights holder.

2. Prohibited use

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Using the website to distribute malware, spam, harassment, or unlawful material.
Presenting Southeast Airlines, SWR Entertainment, or another community member as a real-world airline or official aviation authority.
Copying or redistributing protected logos, liveries, code, or written material without permission.

3. Accuracy and availability

Flight schedules, route information, pilot statistics, and other information may change and may contain errors. You should verify information independently before relying on it for any purpose outside the virtual airline.

4. Enforcement

Access may be limited or removed when these terms are breached. We may preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful requests where appropriate.
