1. Ownership
Southeast Airlines Virtual Airline was created by Reece McKelva and Tyler Bradham. The Southeast Airlines website, Discord bot, and EFB application are owned and developed by Tyler Bradham, under SWR Entertainment, as owner and developer of the Southeast Airlines website, Discord bot, and EFB application. Third-party names, trademarks, simulator software, networks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Limited permission
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access public materials for personal virtual aviation use. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize commercial redistribution, resale, or branding that implies endorsement.
3. User submissions
You are responsible for the content you submit. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the rights needed for us to use it as part of the website, community, records, and promotional materials. Tell us promptly if a rights issue needs correction.
4. Limitation of liability
